Our latest issue of CA Modern arrived in the mail today and I’m proud to say that our home is one of the twelve Stanford Eichlers featured in the article “Intellectual Paradise.”
As lead designer, on-site project manager and one woman demo crew, I’ve invested an enormous amount of time and energy into bringing our 1964 custom Eichler back to life, so I was incredibly excited to be interviewed for this story. But when they asked us to be a part of the photo spread, I cringed. I always prefer to be behind the lens. Thankfully, the magazine chose a photograph that wasn’t too embarrassing. It was the last shot of the day and I look incredibly silly, harvesting one of our many cucumbers. Regardless, we were thrilled to be included in the article.
